Metrology Room is an air-conditioned and temperature-controlled room. Equipped with special tools it allows us to guarantee a precision dimensional control. This room, introduced in 2018, give us the possibility to release a dimensional certification of pieces, increasing customer satisfaction.

The VAST XXT RDS articulating probe is designed for measuring small features and lots of angles of every component, independently from its position. The scanning technology allows us to get much more information in a shorter amount of time, improving efficiency.
This machine is particularly suitable for complex measurements, both single or in series, that require high accuracy in a single and speedy setup.
Zeiss Contura RDS machine allows us to check and evaluate components compliance compared to the customer design, giving us the possibility to certificate it.
The measurement can be done on samples or on the entire production and it depends on customer request. If no requirements are indicated, we proceed with our standard quality control using a strict internal procedure.
EN9100: an essential warranty for AS&D sector
In 2019 we completed all the necessary procedures to obtain International ISO 9001 and EN9100 certification. This achievement opens the door to new opportunities and new industrial sectors such as aeronautical, space and defense (AS&D), by guaranteeing high quality production standards.

AS/EN 9100 quality certification is an essential standard for aircraft construction and all related systems, components and equipment.
The standard includes the same requirements as ISO 9001 and moreover all the specific prerequisites of the aeronautical sector such as quality, safety, reliability, standardization and repeatability, guaranteeing a standard process for every areas of the supply chain.
