CERTIFICATIONS: EN 9100:2018 AND ISO 9001:2015

In 2019, we successfully completed the procedures required to obtain EN 9100:2018 and ISO 9001:2015 certifications.
The AS/EN 9100 quality certification is a key standard for the production of aircraft and related systems, components, and equipment.
It includes all ISO 9001 requirements, enriched with aerospace-specific criteria such as quality, safety, reliability, process efficiency, standardization, and repeatability covering the entire aerospace production chain and its supply network.

These two certifications elevate the value of our expertise and professionalism, enabling us to deliver top-tier quality standards even to the most demanding customers.
They also require us to implement strict, documented procedures for component manufacturing, ensuring standardized and repeatable production cycles.

LEAN MANUFACTURING AND LEAN SIX SIGMA GREEN BELT

As part of our continuous improvement strategy, we have adopted Lean Manufacturing and resource optimization practices inspired by Lean Six Sigma, in partnership with Cross Nova.
This important step has significantly increased the efficiency and flexibility of our main production and decision-making processes, eliminating waste and focusing on what truly adds value for our customers.

Several members of our team have gone on to deepen their expertise through international-level Green Belt training in Lean Six Sigma, again in partnership with Cross Nova.
This program has equipped them with advanced problem-solving and productivity tools, enabling continuous and targeted interventions on the root causes of operational inefficiencies.
By establishing standardized approaches to problem-solving, we are able to maximize work effectiveness, improve performance, and reduce decision-making risks.

TOWERMARK F Z45 G40 FIBER LASER MARKING SYSTEM

Our Tool Room is equipped with the Towermark F Z45 G40, a laser marking station with a motorized Z-axis and a 20W standard fiber laser source.
This system allows us to mark all types of mechanical components through engraving or imprinting with extreme speed and precision.
The process does not alter the part, adapts to any shape and size, and represents yet another step forward in strengthening our company’s quality standards.
