Enhanced production efficiency with MES (MANUFACTURING EXECUTION SYSTEM)
We have adopted the GP90 by O.S.L. Srl as our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to plan, manage, and monitor all internal production processes within our company.
This management software generates a digital production workflow sheet in which each phase and its timing are uniquely identified by a barcode.
Machine operators scan the code at the start and end of each phase, allowing the software to provide real-time updates on the production process. This gives us complete visibility into order progress, resource utilization, and materials employed.
At any given time, we can track the status of every part in production, ensuring greater control over manufacturing costs and lead times.
Moreover, the software allows us to manage and plan machine workloads and schedules in advance, based on the timings defined during the quoting phase.
This additional layer of monitoring and control is fully aligned with our corporate quality policy, further enhancing the level of service and satisfaction we offer our clients.
AUTOMATION CELL
The automation cell is part of the Industry 4.0 evolution process, aiming to reduce machine downtime and delivery times. This new area is equipped with three GF Machining Solutions machines and a System 3R six-axis anthropomorphic robot.
TOOL ROOM
This 5-axis machining center works in synergy with the System 3R robotic arm, providing us with greater machining power and improved performance, making production even more responsive and efficient.
