Innovative Tool Room to support production
The Tool Room is a dedicated space equipped with advanced systems designed to support production and automate key processes.
It includes the following machinery:
TOOL PRESETTING AND TOOL ROOM WITH HAIMER UNO 120/40 AUTOFOCUS
Our production area houses the HAIMER UNO 120/40 Autofocus, a remote tool presetting system.
This solution allows us to optimize and enhance production efficiency while reducing operator workload through automated or semi-automated measurement functions.
It significantly minimizes tool waste and costs while ensuring higher consistency and quality of the finished product.
FRAISA TOOLCARE & HOFFMANN GARANT TOOL24 STORAGE SYSTEMS
The Tool Room is equipped with two next-generation tool storage systems: Fraisa ToolCare and Hoffmann Garant Tool24.
These systems work in synergy to provide fast, intuitive storage of tools and consumables. The drawer systems are adjustable based on tool dimensions and integrate with our job tracking and management system.
This setup increases productivity by reducing time spent searching for and retrieving tools.
In addition, both systems offer real-time stock monitoring and automatic order management. When stock falls below a predefined threshold, an automatic restocking order is sent to the supplier, ensuring rapid replenishment.
This guarantees an efficient, optimized, and well-organized tool inventory, minimizing the risk of machine downtime and improving overall machining and delivery times.
HAIMER TOOL BALANCER
The HAIMER balancing machine is a key asset that helps reduce operating costs and enhance machine performance.
By minimizing tool wear, it lowers the frequency of tool replacements, which also reduces presetting time.
Moreover, by eliminating vibrations, it helps preserve spindle bearings, contributing to greater stability and longer machine life.
AUTOMATION CELL
The automation cell is part of the Industry 4.0 evolution process, aiming to reduce machine downtime and delivery times. This new area is equipped with three GF Machining Solutions machines and a System 3R six-axis anthropomorphic robot.
MES
The Manufacturing Execution System (MES) enables us to plan, manage, and control all internal production processes within our company. It provides real-time insights into the progress of every workpiece, ensuring greater control over production costs and lead times.
